Catalyst 9600 25G/10G/1G line card: With C9600X-SUP-2, supports up to 48 ports 25/10G and 50G, with C9600-SUP-1, supports up to 48 ports of 25/10/1G. (SKU: C9600-LC-48YLv)
Catalyst 9600 100G/40G line card: With C9600X-SUP-2, supports up to 24 ports of 40G or 100G and with C9600-SUP-1, up to 24 ports of 40G or 12 ports of 100G. (SKU: C9600-LC-24C)
Catalyst 9600 400G/200G line card: With C9600X-SUP-2, supports up to 40 ports of 50/25/10G, 2 ports of 200/100G, and 2 ports of 400G; non-blocking, plus, 3.2-Tbps bandwidth. With C9600-SUP-1, supports up to 40 ports of 25/10/1G, 2 ports of 100/40G; non-blocking. (SKU: C9600-LC-40YL4CD)
Catalyst 9600 Series Multigigabit line card: With C9600X-SUP-2, supports up to 48 multigigabit and non-blocking ports of 10G copper and with C9600-SUP-1, up to 48 multigigabit and non-blocking ports of 10/5/2.5/1G copper. (SKU: C9600-LC-48TXL)
These switches can provide up to 100G port speed for up to 128 port density for single chassis. Cisco Catalyst 9600 Series switches support granular port densities that fit diverse campus needs, including nonblocking 40 and 100 Gigabit Ethernet (GE) Quad Small Form-Factor Pluggable (QSFP+, QSFP28) and 1, 10, and 25 GE Small Form-Factor Pluggable Plus (SFP, SFP+, SFP28) and 10, 5, 2.5 and 1 Gigabit Ethernet (GE) and 100, 10 Megabit (Mbps) RJ45 copper ports.
